EMBMB HIgh Pressure 40Mpa AC motor Plunger Lubrication Pump in Steelmaking and Ball Mills
The EMBMB lubrication pump is a high-pressure plunger
electric lubrication pump. This lubrication pump is mainly
driven by an AC motor. After the motor is decelerated by a
cycloidal pinwheel, it drives the cam to rotate. The cam
mechanism converts the rotational motion of the motor into
the reciprocating motion of the plunger, which realizes the
process of oil suction and pressure. This pump can be used
for both single and double line centralized lubrication systems.
Widely used in large-scale equipment such as steelmaking,
ball mills, cement mixers, and power plants. This pump is
sturdy and durable, with low maintenance costs.

Performance:
1.The pressure can reach up to 40MPa, and a safety valve is installed at the oil outlet to prevent pressure overload.
2.The outlet is equipped with a pressure gauge for easy observation of working conditions.
3.It can be equipped with a low liquid level switch to achieve a low liquid level alarm.
