As shown in Figure 1, the pressure oil pushes the plunger A to the right, and the oil in theright chamber of the plunger A is squeezed out of the oil outlet 1; at this time, the leftchamber pressure oil of the plunger B is connected, and the plunger B is right. The oil inthe cavity is squeezed out of the oil outlet 2 (Fig. 2); in the same way, the plungers aresequentially circulated, and the pressure oil is quantitatively and orderly delivered to each
lubrication point.The oil demand of each lubrication point is determined by calculation, and the dispensersof different specifications are selected.
Depending on the number and distribution of lubrication points, several or several stages(up to three stages) of distributors can be provided in the lubrication system.The distributor assembly can be equipped with a cycle indicator, contact switch orcrystallization switch to monitor system health.The progressive distributor forces the oil to be supplied to each lubrication point, and theoil discharge must be smooth. lf any distributor oil outlet is blocked, it will cause thesystem to be overloaded, and the rest of the distributor will not operate, and the oil outletswill not produce oil. inlet inlet inlet
