The ESG type lubrication pump is a grease pump driven 
by DC or AC power. It reciprocates the plunger through 
the motor and mechanical transmission to continuously 
output the grease. Widely used in cranes, forging 
machine tools, construction machinery, construction 
machinery, transportation vehicles, rubber machinery, 
plastic machinery, light industrial machinery, 
environmental protection machinery.
Performances:
1.The eccentric wheel is driven by the motor of the 
reducer to linearly reciprocate the plunger, and the 
oil absorption and oil discharge processes are 
sequentially realized.
2.The duty cycle of the lubrication pump is controlled 
by the host PLC.
3.The pressure is up to 25MPa, and the oil outlet is provided with a regulating valve to prevent the pump unit from being overloaded.
4.A progressive grease lubrication system can be constructed with the progressive distributor as needed.
5.A low level switch can be provided for low level alarms.
6.Three volume tanks are available, and the tank is equipped with a spring follower plate.
7.The pump is equipped with an exhaust valve to effectively remove air from the pump unit.
